  • Predictable Revenue Growth execution engagements
  • Strategic consulting related to organic growth, conversion, and search behavior
  • Optional extensions such as advanced GEO / AEO optimization

Anaia Marketing does not provide:

  • Guarantees of specific results
  • One-off SEO tasks without strategic context
  • Services for brand-new websites with no traffic or traction

4. Revenue Growth Diagnosis

4.1 Nature of the diagnosis

The Revenue Growth Diagnosis is a paid, stand-alone consulting service.

It provides:

  • Strategic analysis
  • Prioritization recommendations
  • Revenue-focused insights

It does not constitute an obligation for ongoing services.

4.2 Payment and delivery

The diagnosis fee is payable in advance

Fees are non-refundable once work has started

Delivery format and timeline are defined at the time of engagement

The diagnosis may be used internally by the client or as the basis for further collaboration.

5. Predictable Revenue Growth execution services

5.1 Minimum commitment

Execution services are offered on a monthly basis with a minimum commitment of three (3) months.

This minimum period is required to:

  • Implement priorities correctly
  • Allow performance signals to stabilize
  • Measure meaningful revenue impact

Any engagement shorter than three months is considered insufficient to evaluate results.

5.2 Monthly fees

Monthly fees:

  • Are defined based on the scope identified in the diagnosis
  • Are payable in advance
  • Begin in Month 1 of the engagement

Unless otherwise stated, no long-term commitment beyond the initial three months is required.

5.3 Optional extensions

Optional services (such as advanced GEO / AEO optimization) may be proposed only when relevant.

These extensions:

  • Are never mandatory
  • Are defined separately
  • Require explicit client approval

6. Client responsibilities

To ensure effective collaboration, the client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Grant necessary access to tools, platforms, and data

Implement or allow implementation of approved recommendations

Communicate in a timely and professional manner

Anaia Marketing cannot be held responsible for delays or results impacted by lack of cooperation or access.

7. No guarantee of results

Anaia Marketing operates under a best-effort and expertise-based obligation.

Because results depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, competition, algorithms, implementation, product-market fit):

No guarantee of specific outcomes (rankings, traffic, revenue) is made

Past performance does not guarantee future results

8. Intellectual property

All methodologies, frameworks, systems, and materials developed by Anaia Marketing remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The client may use delivered materials internally but may not:

  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Repurpose for third parties without prior written authorization.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the engagement as confidential.

Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination after minimum period

After the initial three-month commitment, either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to the billing cycle.

10.2 Early termination

Early termination before completion of the minimum commitment:

Does not entitle the client to a refund

Does not relieve the client of payment obligations already incurred

11. Limitation of liability

Anaia Marketing LLC shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages

loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunities

decisions made by the client based on provided insights

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the engagement period.

12. Force majeure

Anaia Marketing shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters

internet or platform outages

regulatory changes

third-party service failures

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State in which Anaia Marketing LLC is registered.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that State, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

Anaia Marketing LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
