Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about how we work, who we work with, what to expect and how we approach predictable ecommerce revenue growth.
Who is Anaia Marketing for? ⌄
We work with established ecommerce businesses that already have:
- Organic traffic, demand or existing revenue
- Products or offers with demonstrated market traction
- A team ready to act on strategic priorities
Our role is to identify what is limiting growth and strengthen the systems that turn visibility and demand into revenue. We are focused on ecommerce growth, not on launching new businesses from zero.
Who is this NOT for? ⌄
Anaia Marketing is probably not the right fit if:
- You are launching a brand-new website with no existing demand
- You are looking for a free audit or isolated quick fixes
- You only care about rankings rather than business impact
- You are not ready to implement strategic recommendations
Our approach connects visibility, conversion and growth rather than treating individual ecommerce growth tactics as disconnected activities.
Do you work with Shopify, Amazon or other platforms? ⌄
Yes. We mainly work with Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon, as well as established ecommerce businesses with existing demand and revenue potential.
The platform matters less than the ability to identify and improve the levers affecting your ecommerce revenue growth.
What exactly is the Revenue Growth Diagnosis? ⌄
The Revenue Growth Diagnosis is a paid, revenue-focused analysis designed to identify:
- What is blocking your revenue growth
- Where qualified demand is being lost
- Which actions have the highest potential business impact
- What should be addressed first
- What does not deserve your attention yet
It goes beyond a generic SEO audit. We look for the revenue leaks in your ecommerce business and use them to establish clear priorities.
Why is the diagnosis paid? ⌄
Because the diagnosis itself delivers strategic value. It requires senior analysis and produces priorities that your team can use whether or not you continue working with Anaia.
The objective is not to generate a list of generic recommendations. It is to understand the mechanics behind your growth, including the revenue growth metrics that matter to the business.
What happens after the diagnosis? ⌄
You have two options:
- Execute the priorities internally with your own team
- Continue with Anaia for execution
There is no obligation to continue. The diagnosis gives you the foundation for a clearer ecommerce growth strategy before resources are committed to execution.
You can also see how our process works from diagnosis to execution.
When can I expect results? ⌄
Revenue growth is not instant, but progress should be measurable. The timing depends on your starting point, the problems identified and the actions being implemented.
A typical first 90-day cycle focuses on:
- Month 1: addressing foundations and priority blockers
- Month 2: monitoring signals and emerging trends
- Month 3: evaluating measurable business contribution
We track the business impact rather than relying on traffic or rankings alone. If you want to understand the underlying math, see our guide to revenue growth calculation.
Why is there a minimum 3-month commitment? ⌄
Because meaningful growth work requires enough time to implement changes, observe the resulting signals and evaluate their business impact.
SEO, conversion optimization and demand alignment do not operate as isolated tasks. They work together as part of an ecommerce growth engine.
A 90-day period gives us a more useful basis for evaluating progress than a series of disconnected short-term actions.
What does “predictable” really mean? ⌄
Predictable does not mean guaranteed numbers.
It means improving your ability to:
- Understand what drives revenue
- Identify what is limiting growth
- Reduce guesswork
- Make decisions based on measurable signals
- Build greater consistency over time
The goal is to develop a more structured growth engine rather than depend on isolated wins.
Do you use AI in your work? ⌄
Yes — as an accelerator, not as a replacement for strategy.
AI can help us:
- Analyze information faster
- Identify patterns
- Support monitoring
- Improve execution efficiency
Strategy, prioritization and accountability remain human-led. Our approach reflects the shift toward next-generation SEO, where traditional search and AI-driven discovery increasingly intersect.
What are GEO and AEO, and why do they matter? ⌄
SEO helps your pages compete in traditional search results. AEO focuses on making your information easy for answer engines to understand and surface. GEO focuses on increasing your brand's visibility and relevance within generative AI experiences.
As shoppers use AI assistants and answer-driven search interfaces during product research, visibility is no longer limited to traditional rankings.
Read our guide to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for a deeper explanation.
Is AI doing the strategy? ⌄
No. Strategy is defined and supervised by experienced humans. AI is used where it can improve analysis, efficiency and execution, not as a substitute for strategic judgment.
The way search is evolving is one reason we monitor SEO trends and adapt our approach as discovery behavior changes.
Why don’t you offer one-off SEO services? ⌄
Because isolated SEO actions rarely create a sustainable growth system on their own.
Effective ecommerce SEO optimization requires prioritization, continuity and adaptation based on what the data shows.
That does not mean every business needs every service. It means the actions we recommend should work together toward a measurable business objective rather than exist as disconnected SEO tasks.
Are there long-term contracts? ⌄
No long-term contract is required to start. Execution begins with a minimum three-month engagement, after which continuation is flexible.
You can review the current engagement structure on our pricing page.
Can we add advanced GEO / AEO later? ⌄
Yes. Advanced GEO and AEO work can be added when it makes strategic sense for your business.
It is not automatically bundled into every engagement. The diagnosis helps determine whether traditional ecommerce SEO, conversion work, AI visibility or another growth lever should receive priority first.
Will founders be involved? ⌄
Yes. Strategy and execution oversight are founder-led. We keep responsibility for strategic direction clear rather than separating it from execution.
You can learn more about the people behind Anaia on our About Us page.
How do we communicate? ⌄
Communication is structured around:
- Clear priorities
- Regular checkpoints
- Measurable progress
- Business outcomes
We prefer useful communication over unnecessary meetings and reporting for reporting's sake. Our How It Works page explains the broader collaboration process.
Do you guarantee results? ⌄
No. We do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue outcomes. Growth depends on multiple factors, including your market, competitive environment, starting point and implementation.
What we commit to is:
- Clear priorities
- Disciplined execution
- Transparency
- Accountability
- Decisions tied to business impact
